		<description>Lisa, Its not just an issue of fines. Its an issue of maintaining the property. Banks are often slow to come in and maintain the property. In the meantime yards are not maintained and become overgrown. That is just one issue that can happen when no one is maintaining the property. Banks will be assessed the costs of maintaining the property in addition to the normal assessments. More states need to give HOA&#039;s this option.</description>
